Pink Reindeer Cake

Rudolph may have been a cutie with a glowing red nose, but imagine what lovely stories we'd all be hearing if *all* the reindeers were as charming as this pastel pink peppermint cake?

Pink Peppermint

Chocolate and peppermint are a timeless combo, about as timeless as flying reindeers.

Frost like you mean it

The key to a great cake? Great frosting. This recipe is fire, so don't skimp.

Load it up, Smooth it out

To make piping the frosting easy, be sure to get a nice thick crumb coat on the cake.

Fur for Days

Using a trusty grass tip and turntable, make straight rows of pink paradise all around the cake.

All Hail the Grass Tip

Just look at that adorable creature in the making!

You're A fondant Master

Using a little bit of imagination and a lot of love, sculpt antlers, ears, eyes and the sweetest little snout.

Save Face

Delicately place the face on the side of the cake, just a little pressure will do the trick. Then stick the antlers and ears in the top using skewers to secure them. Once the ears are looking fly, pipe a fuzzy edge with your grass tip.

The CUTEST

Pipe a delicate flower crown using a star tip and your leftover frosting (just add more pink!). Add little leaves if you're feeling extra forest-y.

TOO CUTE TO EAT?

Almost, but we're ready for a slice. This cake is just as tasty as it is charming.
