Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 envelope knorr cream of spinach soup mix
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 2 (16 ounce) bags frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 18 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
  • 14 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)

Directions

  1. Add the soup mix and milk to a large saucepan; bring mixture to a boil, stirring frequently.
  2. Add in the spinach, nutmeg, and pepper; bring to a boil again, stirring frequently.
  3. Take saucepan from burner and serve spinach immediately.
