2bleu's Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-Up

"This is a wonderful party tray addition to any buffet. Create a variety of different roll-ups for your party using sliced mushrooms and swiss cheese. How about a Reubin Roll up? The photo we submitted is a Cheesesteak Roll up first using mayo and horseradish sauce spread thin on the dough, then using chopped roast beef, (or you can use steakums), green bell peppers/onions and american cheese. How about a cream cheese and mixed fruit for a dessert roll-up? Endless possibilities. :)"

  1. This was fantastic and easy!! A cheeseburger cal zone...we loved it! I made my own dough with recipe #35805 and I added roasted tomatoes to it. The kids were going nuts when it was in the oven. Thanks 2bleu! My 5 yo granddaughter said, "This is the best Meme!"

  2. These were very good. I made 2 different versions of the recipe. DH had beef with vegetables, no cheese or bacon. I made another one as directed but left out the bacon & added crushed tomatoes with basil, garlic, & oregano. Thanks 2Bleu for the recipe

  3. This is a very good recipe! Dindn't have any problem with the dough. I did add extra cheese on top of the crust. I did use turkey bacon instead though. Thanks 2Bleu for a great recipe. Made for the Review my Recipe Tag Game

  4. I made these more as calzones since the first time I tried to roll these up it kinda didnt work too well for me. I wasnt very used to the canned pizza crust properties .... But the filling was REALLY good. I would def. make this again and maybe in a regular pizza form or use my own dough recipe and try to roll it up since I know how it likes to "act" more than store bought.

  5. This is tasty and I can see the possibilities of other combos. Kind of like a calzone. I used the prepared pizza crust, but would make my own next time. It was a little hard to work with. Too spongy? I lightened this up a tad by using ground turkey, turkey bacon and reduced-fat cheddar. Worked fine. I think I will try an actual pizza type filling next time.
