A Bit of Everything Banana Bread

"delicious banana bread! very forgiving (i've swapped the type of flour i use, used extra apple sauce for most of the oil, once left out the applesauce all toether and threw in an extra bit of banana) and so far have not been disappointed with the result! this bread is RIDICULOUSLY moist, so it might need to be kept in the refrigerator.
