  • 3 tablespoons pale dry sherry (fino, 2 measures)
  • 1 12 tablespoons sweet sweet vermouth (1 measure)
  • 2 dashes orange bitters (or curacao)
  • twist orange rind (garnish)

  • Fill a pitcher with ice and add all ingredients. Stir.
  • Strain into a wine glass.
  • Garnish with a twist of orange rind.
