  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Lightly grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cream cheese, 4 T butter, milk, zest, egg and extract.
  4. Beat on low speed of an electric mixer until moistened.
  5. Increase the mixer speed to medium and beat 2 minutes longer.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Spoon the raspberry jam by teaspoons over the batter.
  8. Using a knife, swirl the butter over the batter to marbelize.
  9. Bake 25-30 minutes.
  10. Cool slightly.
  11. Meanwhile, make the drizzle by combining the remaining butter, powdered sugar, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  12. Mix until smooth and drizzle over the warm coffee cake.
  13. Sprinkle with the pecans and serve warm or at room temperature.
