- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄4 cup montasio cheese
- 4 ounces butter
- 1 1⁄2 cups heavy cream
- 1 garlic clove, Minced
- 1 tablespoon peppercorn, cracked
directions
- Put cream and butter in double boiler sauce pan (use use low heat on regular pot).
- when butter melts add all ingredients on a low heat. Serve when cheese is melted.

Made this to serve over some rather plain chicken breasts & sides of pasta & it was great! I really enjoy being able to make the stuff myself rather than use store-bought!
