Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
  • 12 cup whole raw almonds
  • 14 cup chopped ginger
  • 14 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 cup raw shelled hemp seeds

Directions

  1. In food processor, process almonds, ginger, water and cinnamon until roughly chopped.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with hemp seeds.
