Amanda's Parmesan Chicken

"This recipe is delicious and very easy to make. Great to make for a large group. We made this recipe for the dinner party that we had for a group of my daughter and her friends for Homecoming 2008. It is so good. We looked for recipes all over Zaar and the Internet. This recipe came from Simple Recipes."

  1. This chicken is so good my 6 yr. old ate it without any dipping sauce! That deserves more than 5 stars! I made chicken tenders instead of nuggets and baked mine at 350 for 30 minutes. I used Italian breadcrumbs instead of plain. Came out perfect.

  2. We loved these tasty bites of chicken...this is very easy to prepare...next time I think I'll cut back a bit on the butter...served them with baked french fries... made for "FYC" tag game...

  3. Great baked chicken! Made for a late lunch and took no time at all to bread the chicken and get it in the oven. I added some lemon pepper along with the black pepper and extra minced garlic. Next time might add another pinch or two of italian seasoning. Always have chicken breast in the freezer so this will be a go to recipe. Thank you Vic for a good meal! 4. I love oven-baked chicken. I used chicken breast tenders and they really turned out nice and crunchy. I also increased the amount of parmesan and used panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier result. Served this chicken along with some marinara sauce.

  5. Oh, Yummers! I normally don't trust baked nuggets or baked "fried" chicken, but this was really scrumptious. What's even better is that it's good for young and old. Kids would love it because it's the size of nuggets, except that it's way better. I used extra garlic and Italian seasoning, otherwise followed as stated. Thank you, Lavender Lynn, for sharing!
