Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 loaf pumpkin bread (any basic recipe will work well)
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 12 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 14 cups milk
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 cups dry pumpkin bread, cut in cubes (to dry bread cubes, place the cubes in a large pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 8 - 10 minutes,)
  • Streusel Topping
  • 12 cup all-purpose flour
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter


  1. In a bowl beat together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  2. In an ungreased 2- quart square baking dish toss together bread mixture.
  3. In a small bowl combine streusel topping ingredients untill mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Sprinkle over pudding before baking.
  5. Bankd in a 350 degree oven for 40- 45 minutes or till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Serve warm.
