  1. Easy, Simple and down right delicious! Look no further, use this marinade and you will not regret it. Easy accessible ingredients, every home usually has these in the kitchen.

  2. eBeth what flavor filled marinade! It was so easy to pull together with ingredients I always have on hand. I followed the recipe exactly only adding more garlic. I let my steaks marinade for 6 hours and then grilled them. DH and DS loved them. This has become one of my favorites!

  3. Made for PAC, Spring 2007 ~ And here I thought I had enough great recipes for seasoning my pork roasts ~ boy, was I wrong!! This very simple marinade makes for really, really great-tasting pork! I can hardly wait to use it on poultry! Thanks for the recipe!

  4. I only did about 3 venison steaks so I quartered the recipe and it worked out so well. I marinated them for about 5 hours. DH loved the flavor! He ate 2 of the steaks and was eyeing mine (but I didn't share). I just pan fried but that worked ok. Thanks eBeth!!

  5. I wish I could give this 6 stars. I injected my thanksgiving turkey with this (deep fried, of course) on Thursday. The family loved it! On Sunday, I injected a venison roast for the crock pot with the remaining. It's a good thing I was sitting when I took that first bite or I would have fallen down. I am worried that I'll start messing with the recipie because it's so simple.

Living in view of the Wind River Mountain Range and loving it! My daughter is in the seventh grade. My husband works for himself in a home repair/handyman business. I am Activity Director at a senior center. I have cooked in lots of different situations. I began cooking for my family when I was in ninth grade. I cooked at the employee kitchen in Yellowstone National Park, at a summer camp for 120 campers, and even up to 8 hungry hunters in a backcountry hunting camp - no running water! I love to try new recipes on people. I don't often make the same recipes over and over. Short attention span, I guess. :-)
