Aphrodite’s Love Potion

"Here is a simple drink that I presume is just a bit sweet because of the pineapple juice. If you want it more sweet, maybe add a little bit of maraschino cherry juice in it. And also I would shake it."

  1. Mmmmm! Made these using a cocktail shaker, and they were pretty, and delicious! I'll be making these again.

  2. Very good drink! I can see why it would be a love potion. It goes down very smooth and it's sweet. I think I'd like to add a little Triple Sec to it in the future. Made and Reviewed for 123 Hit Wonders tag - Thanks! :)

  3. I liked it. I added a little more brandy and thought it was perfect. made for 123 tag.

  4. Nice drink. Next time I think I will increase the brandy or decrease the juice! I didnt have any regular maraschino's so I used some lime maraschino's- which made a pretty presentation. Thanks Boomette! *Made for Bev Tag*

  5. Aside from the garnish, this really only has 2 ingredients, which makes it perfect if your bar is running dry! I made the recipe exactly as stated and it was not too sweet at all. You barely even notice the brandy, so it would make a great cocktail for those who really don't like the flavor of alcohol. Thanks Boomie!
