  1. Wonderful Lassi that has become a regular in our house! Very healthy and a great quick breakfast.

  2. I thought that this was not very nice at all. The taste lacked any appeal, and seemed to worsen that of good old sweet lassi. Sorry, but my opinion differs from that of most others on this one!

  3. very nice and fresh. Fast and easy to make in the blendar. Half the recipe was perfect for 2. I think this will go into the breakfast rotations in this house.

  4. I have to admit that I wasn't so sure about this one. I tagged it for the Healthy ABC game because it was a healthy "A" recipe, but I still could not decide if I would like it. Like Rita I made half a recipe of this though I used 2 tbsp. of sugar because I had a very tart apple. I used organic fat free vanilla yogurt and left out the lime juice (because I did not have any). I would like to try it again with the lime juice but frankly, this was so good without it. I used my food processor instead of a blender and found it worked just fine. Thanks so much for such a healthy tasty recipe!

  5. Christina, this (like all of the recipes I've tried of yours) is excellent! I substituted mango for apples and used vegan soy yogurt, and it came out wonderfully, very cool and refreshing. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe and all your others!
