  • 1 red apple, cored and chopped
  • 6 tablespoons non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Mmmm, I love the hint of cinnamon throughout it, and the texture and flavor were great. I didn't have apple juice so I just used some apple sauce and a little bit of water, but it turned out great all the same. Also, I used non fat sugar free vanilla ice cream, which probably tastes similar to the frozen yogurt. It adds some flavor, but i figured the ice cream was generally for a creamy consistancy moreso. Anyway, it was really good. Thanks for sharing this :)
