We also enjoyed the honey/cinnamon combination in this dressing. I don't believe I've had either in a fruit salad before. When shopping, buy one apple and pear. This will get you close to the cup that is required of each fruit. This will go into my Encore Cookbook. Made for I RECOMMEND JULY ~ RED WHITE and BLUE SPECIAL

This was a lovely refreshing salad CoffeeB, I enjoyed it very much. We found the dressing a little overpowering, next time I will use less mayonnaise. Loved the addition of the honey & cinnamon, it really made the pears and apple flavors pop. I used sweet, mini, red munchkin grapes, they were perfect in this dish. Thanks for sharing this quick and easy to make fruit salad. :)
