Apricot Cream Cheese Strata

  • Grease an 8-inch square baking pan. Combine eggs, milk, ginger, cinnamon, and maple syrup in small bowl. Set aside.
  • Meanwhile, place 1/3 of breadcubes in bottom of prepared pan. Dot with half of cream cheese cubes, and 1/4 cup of Apricot Jam.
  • Repeat layers, ending with bread cubes, reserving 1/4 cup of jam.
  • Pour egg mixture over top and gently press bread mixture down. Cover and refrigerate 1-24 hours.
  • When ready to bake, drop remaining jam over top and sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until puffy and golden.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
