  1. These ingrediants are my favorites. I used non-fat plain yogurt and almonds with fresh ripe peaches. I didn't use the salt but did add a t.of vanilla. As RR would say: YUMMY. The name is the best. Love the reason you named it Arctic Wastes!

  2. Yum. I used cold but not frozen ingredients. Fresh peach, fresh blueberries, Balkan (thick) yogurt which I added extra halal vanilla paste to, walnuts instead of pecans as that is what I had available, Recipe #174601, & less sea salt.

  3. Ooooooooooo this was yummy, this is a keeper. I love the grit the nuts gave this smoothie. I didn't have any fresh peaches so I used 8 frozen peach wedges and actually counted the 10 frozen blueberries. Thanks for sharing!!

  4. Wasn't quite so sure about the nuts in this drink, but was true to the recipe with everything, well, except that [1] I used a handful of blueberries rather than counting them out, & [2] I didn't freeze the yogurt! Made for a great tasting smoothie, though, & I'll be keeping the recipe on hand for making again! Thanks for sharing this great keeper! [Made & reviewed in Newest Zaar tag]

  5. Delicious!!! Love the flavor combo of blueberries and peaches. I used non-fat blueberry yogurt and skim milk for a practically guilt free smoothie. <br/>Made for PRMR.

Tweaks

  1. This is a nice smoothie recipe. I used plain non-fat yogurt so added some extra vanilla and some splenda for sweetness. I also omitted the salt and used ground almonds in place of the pecans. A great way to use up those Arctic wastes! Made for PRMR.
