  1. Thank you for posting this. I had a bunch of asparagus, a ton of pasta, and no idea what to make for dinner, so this was a lifesaver! It was easy and delicious. My DH enjoyed it too. We only wished it had been a tad creamier, so next time I might try reducing the broth and adding some cream at the end. I did try adding 1/2 cup frozen peas, which gave it some nice variety.

  2. I really liked this soup, particularly the next day after everything sunk in. It became really thick and yummy! Of course, we ended up putting the pasta in too soon so I don't know if that had something to do with it?

My husband and I moved to Las Vegas after retirement in 2000. We lived in South Bend, IN for about 26 years. We both like to travel and we have taken up RV camping and enjoy it a lot. Most of our camping is done in Nevada Utah Arizona and So. California. During the summers our (almost) 9 year old Granddaughter will go with us sometimes. Our Daughter, Son-in-law, and Granddaughter have lived in Las Vegas since January 2001.
