ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup pine nuts
2 tablespoons butter
¹⁄₂ lb ground beef or 1/2 lb ground lamb
1 medium onion, finely chopped
¹⁄₈ teaspoon cinnamon
¹⁄₈ teaspoon allspice
¹⁄₈ teaspoon salt (to taste)
¹⁄₈ teaspoon pepper (to taste)

directions

Brown pine nuts in butter until golden pay attention they burn easily.
add meat and saute for 10-12 minutes.
add onions and cook until onions are limp remove from fire.

I always barbecued and camp cooked but now that I am retired and my wife is disabled I do almost all the cooking. My preference is for recipes that are fairly simple with over the top results. And most important I still ride my 1940 Indian!!
