We really LOVED this recipe. I was doubtful when I first put it in the oven as the sauce seemed really 'vinegary'. It turned out well. Probably would have been even better if my nutmeg wasn't old, I tossed that one and got a new one at the store the next day. The nutmeg gave it a nice unique taste. This will definitely go in my meatloaf file! Thanks for sharing this! Made for Fall PAC 2009

Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! It is very easy to prepare and the taste is marvelous! I was thinking though that "That is a lotta tomatoe sauce" but I followed the recipe and my meal turned out just beautiful, wasn't overwhelmed with too much tomatoe taste. In fact, the sauce topping is the best I've ever tasted! It came out of the oven picture perfect and family members thought I had bought it. I made enough up that I froze one for another day.
