  • 2 2 cups mangoes (all 4 fruits combined or whatever one's you want to use) or 2 cups papayas, finely diced (all 4 fruits combined or whatever one's you want to use)
  • 2 california avocados, pitted, peeled, and cut into 1/4-inch dice
  • 14 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 14 cup red onion (finely chopped )
  • 1 fresh serrano peppers (seeded and finely chopped) or 1 jalapeno chile (seeded and finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • Gently toss together all ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.
