- 1 1⁄2 large avocados, ripe
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1⁄3 cup lime juice
directions
- Peel and remove seed from avocadoes; force pulp through sieve.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Pour into freezing tray and freeze for 2 to 4 hours, stirring once to break up large crystals during the freezing process.
