  • peel the tomato after fast blanching in boiling water.
  • take out the seed.
  • Mixed all other ingredient to taste.
  • keep cold for half an hour before serve.

  2. Very attractive tasty salad. The coriander, lemon & Olive oil are just right.I was lucky and found an Avocado that was just the right ripeness. Used Mayan sweet onion. I wasn't sure what you meant by a piece of Chili - Jalapeno or canned? I didn't have either (I do love chilies too) so did without still very good salad. Thanks le van ninh for posting this recipe
