- 1⁄2 inch turmeric
- 1⁄2 inch gingerroot
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 10 slices galangal
- 3 red chilies
- 15 small onions
- 15 garlic cloves
- 4 stalks lemongrass

- 8 chicken thighs
- 12 chicken wings
- 1⁄2 tablespoon tamarind paste (mix with 1/2 cup water)
directions
- Fry ingredients with oil over slow fire for 15 minutes.
- Add chicken and a bit of tamarind infused water. Fry for 15 minutes.
- Add salt to taste.
- Chicken will be slightly uncooked.
- Heat frying pan with a lot of oil. When it's hot, put in chicken and fry to a brown colour.

I like to EAT! Too much, I'm afraid! Food & recipes that are traditional and old school are my favorites. There is so much conveniece food out there which I am greatful for, but sometimes its just really nice to make something up from scratch!
