ingredients
- 1 cup chipotle chile in adobo
- 10 oranges, juice and zest
- 2 1⁄2 cups garlic
- 1 1⁄2 cups balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 15 cups sweet soy sauce, Indonesian
directions
- Combine chilies, orange juice and zest, and garlic in processor. Puree till smooth.
- Whisk in remaining ingredients.
