Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (8 ounce) canrefrigerated layer biscuits
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese or 2 cups swiss cheese (8 oz)
  • 12 cup mayonnaise (or more if needed for desired consistency)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 14-12 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 5 drops hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Separate each biscuit into 3 pieces.
  3. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Combine the cheese, mayo, onion, bacon, sugar, garlic salt and hot pepper sauce in a medium bowl; mix well.
  5. Place a spoonful of the mixture, spreading evenly, on each biscuit round.
  6. Bake 10 minutes or until golden.
