ingredients

6 large apples
1 cup honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
¹⁄₄ cup cream
1 dash nutmeg

directions

1. Core apples and place in baking dish large enough to hold all six.
2. Spoon honey and cream evenly into each apple center and dot with butter.
3. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon an nutmeg.
4. Pour 1/4 Celsius water into bottom of pan.
5. bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
