  1. This is it! My favorite Mac N Cheese recipe. I'd forgotten it was so simple. Thank you Thank you!

  2. I added less milk than called for, probably about 2 cups. We love Velveeta so I used the 8 oz. of Velveeta and then added in about 4 oz. Sharp Cheddar cheese for a little zip. It was very tasty indeed!

  3. This is the worst mac and cheese i've ever tried! Why all that milk? it came out sloppy and tasteless. Would be better with no milk at all.

  4. I am a huge fan of macaroni and cheese, however this was my first time making it myself. I chose this recipe as it was very simple and I only had to use one pan for the whole thing. I was not disappointed - this was a great casserole! I used pre-shredded tex-mex cheese I had on hand, but next time I will use cheddar and mozzarella (I don't buy Velveeta). I think next time I will also add minced onions for a little bit of flavour. I forgot to dot the top with butter but this didn't seem to make much of a difference. Thanks for sharing!

  5. Too much milk, way too runny. I even let it cook longer....45 minutes. Did not care for the flavor at all.
