  1. I added turkey sausage, blueberries, and beef bacon crumbles. Cool whip is the topping of choice

  2. We really enjoyed this! It was more like a cake than a pancake and was not too sweet which was nice. It was absolutely phenomenal with blackberry syrup, blackberries and homemade whipped cream! Noting the reviews that called it dry I did double the oil and the other change I made was to use pancake mix instead of bisquick. This would also make a phenomenal cake for coffee cake so I will add a brown sugar crumb topping to it in the future! We will definitely do these again, they are quick, easy and delicious!

  3. Followed recipe but brushed bottom and sides of pan with butter and heated it in the oven for 3 minutes before putting in batter. Came out perfect. Kids loved it and I was happy to be able to just cut pieces from this pancake cake instead of flipping on the stove.

  4. Making it now. Added the teaspoon of vanilla and a tablespoon of pure maple syrup. Hopefully it turns out good.

  5. I followed the recipe perfectly, after 20 minutes it still had a liquid center. Not unless
