  1. I made this tonight. I rarely make fish because I dont eat it but my wife loves fish. It was really good and I highly recommend it. I bought a fresh caught halibut (as fresh as can be for Chicago area) and followed the recipe (for a portion of 1) and my wife said it was restaurant quality so I had to have a bite and it was exactly that- restaurant quality. Awesome. Only thing I did differently was to add more parm (which I freshly shaved) and then muddled the corn flakes, salt & parm together. Highly recommend this super simple recipe.

  2. Ok - Simple but kinda bland.

  3. 10 stars if I could!! We LOVED this! It's so simple and so delicious! I used egg beater in place of the egg, but followed the instructions to a T from there. The light breading on this halibut with a little crunch just makes you want to keep eating more! Thanks for sharing your wonderful recipe I know we'll be having again! :) Made for PAC Fall 08
