  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a small bowl combine Fat-free mayo and pesto. Mix well.
  • Place salmon in a small casserole dish. Cover with pesto mixture.
  • Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until fish is flaky.

  4. We loved this. My Dh said it would have gotten 5 stars expect there is no meat, LOL. No this was a really good dish it was a nice change, and things i always have on hand. Served with a salad garlic rice, and steamed asparagus. Very yummy. Thanks for the post!! will make again.
     
  5. I thought perhaps adding mayo to pesto was gilding the lily, but-I don't care. It's creamy and delicious in a way neither ingredient is alone. Very good, littlePirate.
