- 2 1⁄2 cups corkscrew macaroni
- 3⁄4 lb mild Italian sausage
- 36 ounces marinara sauce
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese
directions
- Cook pasta according to directions on package.
- Cook sausage.
- Mix all ingredients into a medium size casserole dish except just enough cheese to lightly cover the mix. This is usually a handful.
- Bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
