Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar and eggs.
  3. Add bananas and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients, with dates and nuts last.
  5. Drop dough onto cookie sheet (sprayed with non-stick spray), and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake 12 minutes or until done.
