DIRECTIONS

  • Cream together butter, oil and sugar.
  • Add beaten eggs and beat until smooth.
  • Add vanilla and mashed bananas. Mix until smooth.
  • Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and 1 tsp cinnamon and blend well.
  • Add dry ingredients to banana mixture, alternating with yogurt, ending with dry ingredients.
  • Pour half the batter into a greased or parchment paper lined 9" x 13" pan.
  • Combine cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle half of mixture over the batter in pan.
  • Top with half the chocolate chips.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Bake at 350 F for 45 to 50 minutes.
