"Very easy dessert. I serve this in a wine glass and usually top it with a blob of Cool Whip. Looks elegant and tasts terrific. Can be done ahead as well."

- 1 sugar-free banana cream pudding mix (4 servings, if unavailable use vanilla pudding mix)
- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon rum extract
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1⁄3 cup seedless raisin
- 4 graham wafers
- ground cinnamon
directions
- Prepare pudding mix per instructions using milk and rum extaract.
- Stir in banana slices.
- Spoon into cups.
- Garnish with graham wafer pieces.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.

I did not have any rum extract so I used a tablespoon of real rum. Easy to make and a really good taste.
