  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In large bowl, beat first 4 ingredients with a hand mixer until blended.
  • Mix flour, baking powder/soda/salt in another bowl.
  • Add to banana mixture and mix well.
  • Pour batter in a 9" square baking dish, which was coated with non stick spray.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool.
  • Beat peanut butter/icing sugar/milk together in bowl until well blended.
  • Spread over cake.
  • Serve.

  1. Such a moist and easy cake - perfect for a sleepover with the boys! I whipped this up, cooled and iced it in less than 2 hours - quick work!   3. Scrumptious is the best description that I can use about this simple cake. It is easy to prepare and very moist. It is so good, I am going to serve it at a brunch thanking community volunteers at the school where I teach.
     
  4. Delicious banana flavor with a moist crumb ~ great peanut butter frosting! I used crunchy peanut butter and topped the cut cake with salted roasted peanuts! Made for Summer Photo Tag 2012.
