ingredients
- 12 ounces Cool Whip
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 21 ounces cherry pie filling
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 4 bananas, chopped
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
directions
- Combine Cool Whip and condensed milk in a bowl, beating well.
- Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Chill in fridge till serving time.

Yummy! Heaven in your mouth! This was gone within minutes at my place today, on Zaar day! What a fabulous treat this one is. I omitted the cool whip, otherwise followed everything just the way it is here. Yummm!! I used Rediwhip instead of cool whip but it turned out awesome!! So yummy!! I also didn't fold in nuts because I don't like them but I'm sure they would have been good for someone who does. I would highly recommend this recipe - so easy and so good and a pretty shade of pink too!! -

I brought a sample of this recipe to my parent's house. My mom had to sneak a bite right away. After sampling it she said, "I sure hope that your father doesn't like this." She immediately requested the recipe. My husband also really liked it. Personally, I thought it was too sweet, and I am not a huge fan of banana splits either, but others really enjoyed it. Otherwise, it was a very fast and easy recipe to prepare. Thanks for another great one Darlene!!!

This was a fast, easy, and tasty dessert. I thought it might be very sweet so I substituted whipped cream for the Cool Whip and it was just the right sweetness for our taste. I used chopped pecans for the nuts. Thank you, Darlene!

My pet peeve is telemarketers,Every time I get busy with my recipe hobby one of them will call and knock me off the web,and of coarse I waste precious time getting back on.I am disabled,so I no longer work,and have plenty of time to pursue my hobby.
My best dish I make is Lasagna but thats just because I love lasagna.I am also asked to bring No-Bake cookies at all of our potlucks, and linger-longers at church.Meat loaf is another often requested dish I am asked to bring...... NOT MY meatloaf but .... My husbands.
He is as good a cook as I am,He can cook anything I can cook, and I can cook anything he can cook,but some things I make better,and some He makes better...So we do a lot of compromising at our house.
