Banana Split "ice Cream"

"Brown bananas were 39 cents a pound, so I bought about 15 pounds and put 'em in my freezer. mmmmmmm....frozen bananas. So this is my first treat from them. Measurements are approximate"

  • 2 bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup bing cherry, pitted and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds

  • Break bananas into chunks and place in food processor.
  • Add enough water for the food processor to turn bananas into "ice cream".
  • Spoon into bowl(s), add (dividing if necessary) cherries and almonds, and mix.
  • Enjoy!

  1. Deeevine, of course! How could it not be? So here I am, scarfing this down at 9:30 p.m. How bad is that?! Well, I ate virtuously all day, and besides, this is healthy too! Except that, well, I admit it- I added a spoonful of chocolate sauce :-)
