- 3⁄4 cup whipping cream, whipped (Original called for 1/2 cup whipped cream )
- 1⁄2 cup English toffee bits or 1/2 cup almond brickle chips
- 1 large banana, sliced
directions
- Gently fold sliced banana and toffee bits into whipped cream until well blended.
- Spoon into parfait glasses or dessert dishes.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving. ( I recommend at least 2 hours ).
