Ingredients Nutrition
- 3 lbs beef roast
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1⁄4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Brown meat on all sides.
- Combine remaining ingredients and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
- Take meat from pan.
- With 2 forks shred meat and return to pan.
- Can be frozen.
