Barbecue Grilled Kielbasa Dinner Packets

    lb lean kielbasa, cut in 2 inch thick slices
  • 2
    large red potatoes, chopped into 1 inch pieces
  • 1
    medium yellow onion, roughly chopped
  • 1
    tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1
    tablespoon fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
  • 2
    sheets heavy duty aluminum foil, 18 x 16 inches

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat barbecue grill.
  • Place kielbasa, potatoes and onion on a double layer of foil and drizzle with oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary and toss.
  • Fold edges of foil together to seal packet.
  • Cover and grill 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.
