Directions

  1. Combine tomato sauce, onion, green pepper and sugar in a medium saucepan.
  2. Stir in vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard, chili powder, celery seeds and garlic.
  3. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
  4. Add meat, simmer covered until meat is heated through (10-15 minutes).
  5. Spoon mixture on the bottom half of rolls, cover with top halves.
