“Tasty and easy to make meatballs with ketchup-based sauce, they go wonderfully with rice and beans or your choice of sides for a nutritious meal. Works just as well to freeze for a few weeks before baking. This recipe is easy to tweak to your personal likes as well.”

  1. Preheat oven to 350°f/177°c.
  2. Chop onions and put in large bowl with raw hamburger, evaporated milk, oats, and seasonings.
  3. Mix well with spoon or hands.
  4. Shape into about 2" balls (I enjoy mine a bit smaller) and place in greased 9"x13" baking pan.
  5. Chop onions for sauce and combine with ketchup, brown sugar, and liquid smoke, whisking until it's as smooth as it'll get.
  6. Spoon sauce over meatballs, covering them all evenly.
  7. Cover with tinfoil and either put in the freezer for later or put in oven. Bake for about one hour, or until done.
  8. Enjoy! ♡.
