“This recipe came from my mom, who got it from who-knows-where, but it's a family favorite. This also works well with game, like venison, elk or antelope. You could also shred the chicken after it's cooked and have BBQ Chicken sandwiches - yummy!”

Ingredients Nutrition
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 4 chicken breasts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven, or other oven-proof casserole dish.
- Add chicken breasts.
- Cover and bake 45 minutes.
- Uncover and continue baking 30-45 minutes more or until sauce thickens.
