- 10 -12 chicken legs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
directions
- Boil water.
- place all chicken legs in boiling water for 25 minutes.
- remove from boiling water and dry.
- heat grill on high.
- oil grill grate to avoid chicken sticking to it.
- place chicken on grate.
- cook to sear outside, should appear dry with sear marks.
- turn down flame and coat all sides of chicken with favorite barbecue sauce.
- turn flame up and cook all sides until carmelized.
- turn off flame and coat chicken legs with fresh barbecue sauce.
- serve.
