  1. This was ok, but did not wow me. I used mini wagon wheel pasta and my package was 16 ounces. For that amount of pasta, I doubled the amount of chicken and oranges. I also doubled the amount of BBQ sauce but kept the mayo amount the same. I think adding other ingredients like chopped celery, green onion, red or green bell pepper may help. Also needed a good measure of salt and pepper as it was rather bland.

  2. I really enjoyed this! I threw in some extra pineapple and some celery, and I did a third bbq sauce, a third mayo, and a third yogurt for the dressing. I'd definitely bring this to a summertime potluck!

  3. Hey it's not half bad actually, it's rather good. one problem though the oranges started to break apart as i mixed them into the salad. Next time i will add them as a garnish or a "topping" and i think maybe some red onion as well wouldn't be so bad. It's quick, easy and tasty!!

  4. Neat idea! I enjoyed this very much. I used a hickory barbecue sauce. Loved the combination of flavors. I added some chopped scallions. Thanx for sharing your creation. I'll make this again when I have leftover chicken. I wouldn't even hesitate to make this for a potluck.
