Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions (do not over cook), drain and cool.
  2. Cut tomatoes and grapes in half.
  3. Dice peppers.
  4. Thinly slice green parts of scallions.
  5. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  6. Add just enough dressing to coat and to taste.
  7. Toss in sliced grilled chicken to make a meal.
