- 1 (2 1/2 ounce) package buddig deli roast beef, diced very small
- 4 -5 green onions, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese (you can use lite)
- 1 -2 tablespoon milk
- flour tortilla
directions
- Blend with hand mixer and spread on tortillas, roll up and refrigerate for a few hours.
- Then cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
- Good finger food.

Prepared these Pinwheels for guests at a planned weekend gathering. I love Pinwheels and so do my guests.Using the deli beef instead of the turkey and ham made for a nice change. I doubled the recipe and did add 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Made up the Pinwheels using Spinach, Pesto and Sun Dried Tomato tortillas. I picked up extra deli beef and added the thin slices to some as well as grated cheese to others. We loved the beef. This easy to prepare recipe made for a platter of great looking and irresistible appetizers ... and of course there were no left overs!!
