  1. Easy to follow steps, Quick to make and a great presentation with the multi colored peppers The flavor is wonderful. I chopped the veggies ahead of time, sliced the meat refrigerated them Just before dinner out came the wok and in under 10 minutes dinner was on the table. I cut the recipes in half and used only 1 3/4 tsp cornstarch with 1/2 cup water. The amount of curry is just right - it gives flavor but does not overpower. Thanks Inez for a very tasty meal

  2. I thought this dish was good. To me, it is more like a Pepper Steak Stir-Fry.

  3. I was disappointed with this because it was very bland. It didn't taste bad, it just only tasted of meat and vegetables. I added the meat marinade in with the dish rather than draining the meat. The directions didn't say. This resulted in the meat being a bit "boiled."

  4. This was good. I only had a red bell pepper and I added mushrooms and broccoli because I hate celery :-) The rest of ingredients remained the same. I found it a bit bland, but the dish definitely has potential. Served it over noodles.

  5. This was good and i will definitely be making it again. The curry flavour was too subtle for my taste, so i would double it next time.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
