    (10 ounce) can cream of tomato soup

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well except can of tomatol. Transfer meat mixture in a 9x5x3” loaf pan. Cover with cream of tomato soup.
  • Transfer to preheated oven and cook for 1 to 1:10 hours. Remove from heat and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies. Makes 4 servings.
